It arrived in good condition and very well protected, not only by the box but also came with bubble wrap. I had a problem with the closure, it was coming loose and not closing properly. Luckily, I was able to fix it with a new pin and adjusting it. I've only been testing it for a couple of days. On the first day, when I woke up, it had stopped. I guess with the issue of the closure, I didn't wind it up, but now the watch seems to be well adjusted. In a week we'll see if the adjustment is normal. Thank you for everything and best regards.

It's absurd how they refund the value of 2 items that were part of a package of 5 items that I didn't receive, and out of the remaining 3, 2 are waiting for a response and this one that is part of the package of 5 items that I didn't receive, they consider it concluded. They are wrong and not being correct or serious. I paid for the item, didn't receive it, and they won't refund me? It is not acceptable.
I demand a refund of my money through the payment method.
